Hi Koy!   Interesting question.   Used good condx Ham IV's go for $175 to 
$200 
in Mpls.    I would say since yours is brand new without manual and for a 
quick sale 
about $350.    You might be better off seeing if you can copy a manual too.
I have been keeping a Ham IV at my QTH as a standby for some time and have 
little interest in selling it.    You just never know!!   Hi!
