[TowerTalk] Wilson tublar- Information please

I recently acquired on of the Wilson 40 tubular crankup towers. I have to 
replace the cables because they are rusted. Also cleaning up and rehabbing 
the electric winch. I live in Fairfax County, VA. I am looking for the 
specifications on this tower, installation information, maintenance 
information etc. Any information would be helpful.
