Well, I knew I was going to have to go down to my scrap pile for something
today..

Aluminum conduit purchased new from my local electrical supplier:

1/2" nominal is .60 ID, .825 OD

3/4" .80 ID 1.035 OD

1" 1.045 ID 1.3 OD

The 3/4 is a smooth fit inside the 1". The 1/2 is a bit too big to telescope
into the 3/4 but reducing adapters are available.
There may be huge manufacturing variables at play, but all the ones from
this lot are identical. Even the wall thickness varies a little around the
nominal .125, between sizes.

Don't forget that this stuff is made to bend easily, and will retain a set.
Good for short unsupported stretches only, but ideal for I.e. Gamma rod to
shunt feed an HF tower, where it is supported.

Have fun
