[TowerTalk] Cost / Value of a station

This is sort of related to the thread.  Does anyone have a graceful method
of explaining to a widow her late husband's treasured tower (which was put
up in the 60s) is not worth a couple of thousand dollars?  And that in
reality she will probably wind up paying someone to take it down and haul it
off?  I am facing that situation now, and am curious if someone else has
dealt with it.

If someone would like a tower, for the effort of taking it down and haulling
it away. I think I can help you.
