[TowerTalk] Phillystran with potted ends

I installed my Phillystran guys during the potted ends era. It really 
wasn't hard to do. It's not a loop, but a free end - you remove the 
jacket from the cable, fan out the individual strands inside the 
"boot." Mix a 2 part epoxy compound, pour it in the open end and 
let it harden. That's it. No confidence problem - mine have been up 
10 years now.
