[TowerTalk] Hinge ? for Rhon 20G

I would not suggest folding Rohn 20 over. The sections are thin wall
compared to 25G and a good likelyhood of failure could occur.

Rohn 20 is television antenna tower; not recommended for any other
service; amateur antenna or otherwise.
