[TowerTalk] Hinge ? for Rhon 20G

Rohn 20 has thinner leg and braces than Rohn 25.
While I have installed R20 to 90 ft with 7 sq ft of
antenna load and 3 levels of guying, I would NOT 
recommend using it for a tiltover.
