[TowerTalk] insulated wire in dipoles

Looks like I may have to replace some or all of the dipoles in my 80m
array, perhaps as soon as tomorrow. While I'm at it, I'm thinking of
replacing the bare stranded wire now in use with THHN stranded insulated
copper.

Question -- what is the rule of thumb for adjusting the resonant length?
Current dipoles resonate at 3520 at 136 feet each. Will the insulated wire
be shorter for the same resonant frequency? 2 percent sound about right?
