Hi Dennis, 

I understand that the Orion OR-2800 rotator controller built by M-squared 
can be configured to drive a prop pitch rotator. This controller has programmable
ramp up/down rates, but as Steve suggests I think its setup for motors that
are operating at a nominal level of 28 VDC. Not sure what it would take to
make it work at 90VDC.
