Weller 100/140 doesn't get it done well. By the time it heats up enough,
the PVC is already melting.
With the 80 watt iron, the wire heats up quickly and the solder flows nicely
BEFORE the PVC starts to melt.
The larger mass of the big iron also heats up a larger area of the wire so
that it takes less time to solder a larger area.
