Hi Kurt and TowerTalkians,
If mild lemon juice works, I would think that vinegar would work faster. It
sure works for removing water scale.
Can anyone measure the PH of bottled lemon juice and vinegar?

Subject: Re: [TowerTalk] Oxidized copper
I've had really good results cleaning oxidized copper using some
lemon juice (out
of one of those plastic squeeze bottles) and hot tap water in a
plastic cup,
mixed 50/50.
Rinse off afterwards.
I reconditioned a bunch of heiliax connectors this way, and
cleaned some stranded
wire ends. This is not as strong an acid as the tinners acid
mentioned before, so
it takes a little longer.
