[TowerTalk] which program?

Hi,
I need a lot of experience. I need purchasing a software for Antenna 
Modeling and I focused on EZNEC 3.0 and NEC-WIN Plus. I discharged all the 
Mininec programs as, if I well understood the matter, they cannot model 
antenna within 0.2 wavelength from the ground. NEC4WIN seemed reasonable 
priced but it ended in the Mininec category. Nec-Win Plus handles more 
segments than Eznec, but apart that feature I had not been able to choice 
one of them. I am a real new bye to that kind of job.
