This it totally misleading.  And untrue.  I contend it's better to
state, Resonance is at a point of minimum VSWR in the sweep.

Minimum Z doesn't have to conform to where a antenna is resonant.  

What rather has to exist at resonance is the least component of
XC/XL making up the total R load.   R could be any value reasonable
for the array.
