    I'd say it's an OLD TH-3. TH-2 had 2 elements, TH-3 had 3 elements, TH-5 
had 5, etc.

    This is probably a 30 year old or more antenna. Does it still work? 

    They used to make a TH-3 Jr. that was only good up to 300 watts or so. 
I'd be careful about running any power into it.
