[TowerTalk] 25G Tiltover value?

Hello Towertalkians,

I have a complete 50' Rohn 25G tiltover tower.  
It is from an estate.  I am assuming it has been up for about 15 years.
Includes one set of guy cables.  It does not have a cable or winch.  No
visible rust, in excellent condition.

I do not have the Rohn catalog -- can someone give
me an idea of what a fair price for this
would be?

I'll be bringing it to the HossTraders flea market
in NH this weekend if anyone is interested.
