It was a triangular tower for about 65' and then tubing to complete the 1/4 
wave on 160M.  On 75M the tower diameter area was so large on bottom half in 
thr high voltage area it loaded it to a 3/4 wave.  If you have a 1/4 wave 
guyed tower or tubing on 80/75M you can fatten the bottom half with a wire 
cage construction and get the same affect to obtain a 3/4 wave on 40M for 
direct feed..  k7gco
