Hi Jim,

Like I said, I am not really an expert on weld quality but I have to admit
that these welds look just like all of the other welds I have seen on Rohn
towers for the last several years.  It does not look to me like Rohn has
had a sudden decrease in weld quality.  It seems more like we are having a
rash of improper handling at the warehouse and freight level.  Maybe we
have bum welds too . . .
