This is a letter from my attorney.......

Hi John, I've been contacted by an attorney representing Mosley and he
has 
expressed their desire to put this matter completely behind them.  I
told 
him to put his client's offer in writing so I can communicate same to
you, 
but in essence, they would agree to reimburse you the amount we have 
demanded in our letter in exchange for your full release of all claims
and 
your agreement to enter into a "gag order" related to the transaction
and 
that you cease publication of all information you have put out in 
public.  they would also ask that you take down any web sites and other 
information you have posted on the internet.

I'll forward you their letter once I get same.  Hopefully, this will 
satisfy you, and you can put this behind you.
