[TowerTalk] Amidon Core # for Choke Balun

I just noticed this yesterday in the ARRL Handbook,
It suggests using #73 series, or #77 if heating is a problem 
for HF.  They suggest covering about 9 1/2 inches which is 12 
FB-77-1024 beads.

use #43 series for VHF.
