[TowerTalk] 'Zinc plated' vs. Stainless U-Bolts?

Would anyone care to opine on the probable longenvity of what McMaster Carr
calls 'Zinc Plated' U-Bolts as opposed to their stainless steel U-Bolts?
This is for an element to boom mounting application.

Now that you have all replied that stainless is better, let me ask it
another way :-)

I am building an antenna that is only going to be in the air for about 6
weeks.  Admittedly, 4 weeks of rainy California winter, but only 6 weeks.
Does anyone think that the 'Zinc Plated' U-Bolts are going to rust in that
time?
