[TowerTalk] 'Zinc plated' vs. Stainless U-Bolts?

I've done similar builds, that is temporary, for trips to San Clemente and 
San Nicholas island where the environment is real harsh.  I used plated 
bolts but with stainless nuts.  Things were able to come 
apart  okay,  although the bolts were history.  Personally I wouldn't worry 
about the stainless bolts unless they were readily in your hands.
