I think it was Polyphaser that had a book several years ago that talked
about lightning protection and did include the "cone of protection" (or I
heard about it at the Dayton Hamvention when I attended the seminar by the
Polyphaser engineer but I think it is in the book).
Like has been said before, I would be careful how much information you give
to someone who doesn't understand in the first place (isn't capable?). They
are likely to read only the things they want to and interpret it completely
backwards from it really says.
