[TowerTalk] FCC RF Safety Regs Info Sept 1

Don't rely on the judge being reasonable.  Gather
enough evidence of other violations of any and all of
the terms of the old CCRs where these to have not been
enforced with injunctive relief.  Then present such a
mass of this (document in written form with photos so
it can all be entered into evidence in one fell swoop)
and give the judge no way out.  Notify the judge ahead
of time thru lawyers (if your lawyers feel they can do
this without it being interpreted as a threat) that
you will appeal if the judge finds against you. 
Knowing that an appeals judge will review his finding
will force the judge to give in to your mass of
evidence.
