[TowerTalk] KT34XA: Bad 15 mtr section?

Hard to imagine .009 difference in 15 meter tubing ID is only problem. I
upgraded in 1998 with new tubing and plastic.
Antenna is on the ground and just remvd a 15 meter section and mic reads
.049. 
That puts it in line with N4ZI as a good one.
Does anyone know where the bad started,95?
And if the wrong tubing was mixed in till they went belly up? 73 Mike
