[TowerTalk] Is spacer necessary between HAM II and tower rotor plate??

A spacer is a good idea, especially if you have icing to contend
with.  Anything from 4 large nuts to 1 inch metal spacers can
be used.  The rotor won't be able to 'break the ice' :-)
