Do you have the Rohn catalog?  If not, that's the very first reference you
need, for guy spacing, anchor and base design, etc.  Then try going to
www.contesting.com, and checking their mailing list search engine.  As
search terms use "Towertalk" and things like "guy," "Phillystran," etc.
Then come on back with your unanswered questions -- I think you'll be a lot
more satisifed with the responses you get.
