[TowerTalk] Traps

I've started measuring some of the traps finally, and will post the 
results when I have them all measured.

I had to build a LARGE shielded box to measure the traps in, 
because the traps are physically so large they couple to everything 
near the traps, including me!  If they couple to dissipative things, 
then the Q looks lower than it really is. I can watch the EPR 
(parallel resistance) at resonance sag when I get within a couple 
feet of the trap!
