[TowerTalk] Universal 60' tower

I have used Universal for several years.    I have used rebar in all my 
installations and
it the towers have withstood everything................so has the concrete.   
 I actually
overbuild the base going to 5 x 5 x 5.    Gives you one solid base.

Dont forget to watch how you tighten the rotor shelf.    If you tighten it 
too much you
will crimp and damage the top section.    Suggest you might want to add 
another
rotor shelf and put a thrust bearing on it near the neck if you dont have one 
now.   
Keep the beam just above the neck of the tower .
