[TowerTalk] DCU-1 problems

Never being one to leave well enough alone, I traded my old style control
box for a DCU-1.
The stupid box can't seem to get the full rotation of the rotor in it's
little brain. When I calibrate it ( turning from stop to stop) the thing
dosen't go all the way CW. The DCU thinks that about 20 degrees is full CW
rotation and stops there.
I've checked the resistance of the control cables against a chart and the
pot seems to be ok.
At full CCW rotation, the resistance between pins 1-3 is 0 and 1-7, 500 ohms.
At the point where the rotor stops in the CW direction,1-3, 312 ohms and
1-7, 220 ohms. Should be 1-3, 500 ohms and 1-7, 0.
This makes me think the T2X is ok and the problem is in the controller.
Any hints on where to go from here?
Tnx
end
Henry
