[TowerTalk] Cell towers and Ham Radio

It seems that Sprint is desperate to get tower space for their new wireless
internet offering. As long as they are willing to give you what you want,
and on an ongoing basis (upgrades, etc.), then have at it. I bet there are
some other wireless internet providers in your area that would love to have
a bit of space on your tower as well. You could net some coins and free high
speed access. 

As for the legalities involved, I haven't a clue, but I do know of many
others doing it. I don't know how they could "force" you to give up your
tower as long as it is on private property, and even if it is not, surely
there are some prior use limitations.
