[TowerTalk] permit help/engineer stamp?

    Go to the ARRL website and look for 'Volunteer Consulting Engineers'. 

    Yes, going to an engineering firm is expensive although $5k is REAL 
exorbitant. My PE does them in his spare time and charges me $400.
