[TowerTalk] Need LM470d Base Design

[Ted Huf]

I have one of the old style bases.  I did not install it before I found out
I was moving.  I will give it to anyone who will pick it up from my home
near Charlotte, NC.  It is for a LM354HD, but I am told it is the same base.
