[TowerTalk] Value of Tic Ring Rotator?

Gentlemen:

I am thinking about purchasing a used Tic Ring 1022B Rotator for use with a
fullsize 3L 40.

Questions:

1) What is a "fair" price for this unit in good working condition?

2) Are there any special requirements and/or problems with this particular
unit?

3) Approximately what is the maximum weight it can safely support and turn?
Could it support and turn a Fullsize 3L 40 (about 200 lbs)
in a windstorm? or would that be too much?
