[TowerTalk] MFJ-852 Power Line Noise Meter?

Just received the latest AES catalog and noticed that MFJ has a Power Line 
Noise Meter (model MFJ-852).  This device has a 135 MHz AM superhet receiver 
with a built-in dipole antenna, and analog meter for signal strength.

Anyone used one of these?  Effective?
