[TowerTalk] guy points

I am erecting a 100 foot Rohn 45 tower that I may later grow to 150 feet. Is
OK to place the guy points at what will be the right place for 150 foot (120
ft from the base for 90mph) and use them for the 100 foot tower now? The 100
foot distance is specified as 80 ft.

I would also use all of the 150 foot hardware on the 100 foot tower.
