[TowerTalk] Fence insulators for Guys

While searching for the rigging for wire guys, I came
across a polycarbonate fence corner insulator.

Acording to the add it will handle #4000. Has anyone
else seen these? Or tried them as guy-wire insulators?
They are designated as 'DC-10'.
