[TowerTalk] 4squares and beverages

Regarding beverages and verticals, the conventional wisdom
is to keep them as far apart as possible.  That is no problem
as long as you have LOTS of land, say over 10 acres.

My 800 ft East Beverage runs under the elevated radials of my
80M elevated GP.  It hears African stations on 80M and 160M 
that are often inaudible or difficult copy on my transmitting antennas.  
What more does one need?

I have no 4 squares so will leave those replies to others with
the experience.
