[TowerTalk] Ty Wraps

FWIW, the sharp ends resulting from clipping "Ty Wraps" is easily avoided by
using a "flush cut" style of cutter.

Re: tape, I use Scotch 33+ or 88 and have often been able to unwrap  the tape
even after 10+ years.  That which won't (even the outside wrap of 33+ or 88
*will* eventually start to degrade) is easily sliced/peeled away.  Not becoming
brittle and falling off is the key; plain Nylon wraps must be shielded from UV
to prevent eventual failure.  I am sure there are brands of tape
('phone/electric co. tapes most certainly have a UV spec) that will work as well
as the "Scotch" brands, but caveat emptor, all black vinyl tapes are not created
equal.
