These are the guys -- thanks Mike!  The stuff is either DeOxit or ProGold,
depending on how badly oxidized the connecting surfaces are.  It is
available in a variety of sizes and applicators, including a bottle with
brush, a pen, and a needle applicator for tiny connectors.  Prices for
minimum quantities at RadioShack.com run $8-14.
