YES....

OK,  Tie them ALL together,  add some ground rods
at the tower base and 8 to 16 ft out in different directions,
put down radials for as far as you can go in straight lines.
You may get better bandwidth if you use a 2 wire cage
(one each from two legs) for the matching arm.
