[TowerTalk] 160M antenna

Last year, there was an 160M inverted L antenna
design published - I believe in CQ magazine.
As I recall it was a Summer or Fall 2000 edition.
The antenna used coaxial cable for the radiating
element and there was a short (I think at the end)
and an open on the braid at some point along the
length. Coax velocity factor affects the dimensions too.

I built that antenna and thought it worked fairly well.
It seems I have misplaced the antenna and the design.
I've searched the web but find no similar designs.

Anybody else know of this antenna and/or keep the
constructions details?
