[TowerTalk] Marking Coax Cables

Hi Stew,

I have been using colored tape to mark the bands for many years - I remember
the wasted time and unnecessary mistakes before I switched to this
"strategy".

Radio Shack sells a 5 colored tape pack for about $4.00. It has Green,
Yellow, Blue, White and White. This, together with your black tape, makes
six bands.

The tape is not the greatest quality and does not stand up well to
Northeastern winters but I wrap it a few times around the coax and this
helps it to stay on.

My XYL likes it too - another bonus.
