[TowerTalk] Yaesu G2800 slowing down

I have a Yaesu G2800 that has been up for about 2 1/2 years.   In the last 2
months I
have noticed that the rotation speed is decreasing.   The specs indicate 60
seconds for
the full 450 degrees, but my current max speed in 360 degrees is about 65
seconds.

Any suggestions?  The rotor is not easy to get out and I don't have any way
to move the
control box to the top of the tower.
