[TowerTalk] Anyone using a Create 730V-1 multi-band dipole?

Hello guys,
I think I have zeroed in on what the mystery antenna is...a Create 730V-1 
multi-band dipole.  It was given to me with NO manual.  Anyone using this 
antenna?  Anyone know how to contact Create?  I really need info on this 
antenna.
