[TowerTalk] Create RC5B-3 - Source for Motor Capacitor & Other Parts?

I am looking for a source for the motor capacitor for the rotor unit of my
Create RC5B-3 rotor.  The motor capacitor is a dry electrolytic, 200 uF +
125 uF.

I don't know whether EDCO Distributing is still in business or not.  A
Google Search doesn't show anything for Creative Design Co., Ltd., the
manufacturer or for EDCO.  Does anyone know of a distributor or source for
parts for the Create rotors?  Thanks in advance for your help.
