[TowerTalk] Cushcraft A3S Help

Getting ready to put up a used A3s and can't seem to find one thing 
in the manual.  When inserting the first section of tubing into the 
center sections, how much should inserted. from the manual the centers
are EA and the first sections are EC and EE. On the driven element 
the same questions ED into EB.
