[TowerTalk] set the record straight

For whatever it is worth,  I had a good experience dealing
with Joel around 18/24 months ago.  Bought a replacement
US Tower through him.  Problem was at US Tower,  Bruces's
seeming indifference to getting things ok the first time!  Anyway,
in time all was fine,  and the tower is in place and working
