[TowerTalk] Rotor problem

Not a good weekend for me with rotors. First a TIC Ring problem, 
now a T2X:

I turn my T2X CCW, and it stops at 45 degrees and won't go further 
west. After about 3-4 seconds, while still holding the brake and 
CCW levers, I hear a click in the control box. It turns fine CW, but 
when I go back CCW it again stops at 45 degrees. Ideas?
