[TowerTalk] US Tower MARB550 Raising Winch

I check the cables every year, but only replace them when necessary (I have
done so 3 times in 30 years for all and 4 times for the lower set
which actually broke a few years ago).  I have an old Tristao which is sold
as the US Tower CZ series.
