[TowerTalk] CUSHCRAFT 40-2CD manual need

Hi,
I lost my manual from my 40-2cd cushcraft 40mbeam (shorty-40).
My 40m is down ,took it appart ,cleaned and now ready to rebuild it
 but dont find my manual anymore.
Coud someone send me a copy.i search  the web ,but no luck.
I need all the dimensions to put it in CW band .
